The Hirer’s liability for damage to the vehicle is automatically covered subject to the terms and conditions of the car hire contract. Damage to tyres, windscreen and underneath of the vehicle is not covered. - Excess Liability Waiver
Excess waiver is available for certain vehicles. This insurance cover protects the hirer/driver of having to pay any excess fees brought about by damage and /or loss to the vehicle. - Excess Deposit
This is a fully refundable deposit which covers any damage to the hired vehicle during the period of hire. The hirer will be refunded the full excess deposit in cash upon return of the vehicle in the same condition as collected at the commencement of the hire. - Chauffeur Services

All our vehicles are insured but in all cases, the hirer is responsible for repairs arising from damage to the vehicle dues to careless driving or careless handling of the vehicle. The vehicle should be return the same way it was received. Repairs of vehicle can be done only after informing Kenya online car hire to a tune of US$ 1000 being the excess cost for Insurance. Windscreen and broken glass are the responsibility of the hirer. Loss of tires & tools are not covered by CDW. - Security
When CDW (Collusion Damage waiver) or TPI (Theft Protection Insurance) is declined, the renters financial responsibility will be the full value of the damage to the vehicle and loss related expenses: regardless of fault. If CDW is accepted the renters responsibility (Non waiver responsibility) will be US$ 1000.
