- Vehicle Return Conditions
1 On the agreed date and time stated in the rental agreement
2 In the same condition as issued (excluding normal wear and tear)
3 With all accessories and documents provided (keys, logbook copy, etc.)
4 With the agreed fuel level
Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional charges. - Late Returns
1 A grace period of 1 hour may be allowed (subject to approval)
2 Returns beyond the grace period will attract extra hourly or full-day charges
3 Continued delay without communication may result in penalties or vehicle tracking/recovery
action - Early Returns
1 No refunds will be issued for unused rental days unless agreed in advance
2 In special cases, partial refunds may be considered at management discretion - Refund Policy
1 Booking cancellations made at least 24–48 hours in advance may qualify for a refund
2 Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable
3 Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method - Security Deposit
1 A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle release
2 The deposit will be refunded within 24–72 hours after vehicle inspection
3 Deductions may be made for damages, missing items, traffic fines, or fuel discrepancies - Vehicle Condition & Damages
1 The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period
2 Any damage, accident, or loss must be reported immediately
3 Repair or insurance excess costs may be deducted from the deposit - Fuel Policy
1 Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided
2 Failure to do so will attract refuelling charges plus service fees - Cancellation Policy
1 Free cancellation if done within the allowed notice period (e.g., 24–48 hours)
2 Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
3 No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations - Extensions
1 Rental extensions must be requested before the expiry of the current rental period
2 Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional charges - Non-Compliance

2 Termination of the rental agreement
3 Legal action where necessary under Kenyan law
